@jim drake - have an awesome vacation! @alex - thanks for playing out in Cali @mike, thanks so much @shannon - rats, no sir ... you put last week's worship confessional on this week's post instead of last week's .. and once again, you broke infamous Rule #3 ... in the Mr. Linky, you just put your blog's main homepage URL address (4whatitsworth.wordpress.com) ... instead of the actual link to your post. I emailed you a play-by-play of how to do it .. Mr. Linky is a mean-tail if you disobey the rules, haha!

Mandy, Jeff got it covered - I think it's always been for Wordpress. Wordpress.com's being free is, well, wonderful. But for all the restrictions, it's tough too sometimes.
However, there is a "Mister Linky" plugin, but there is also the regular version, which is basically just you modifying your header.php, your home.php (or index.php) and single.php file. If wordpress.com allows you to modify your .php templates (apparently they do, you've mod'd your site quite well), you should be able to do it!
